As I reflect on 2025, one phrase keeps returning: Death and rebirth.
Not just as metaphors, but as invitations.
This year asked me to let go.
To step out of roles I’d outgrown, and into something quieter, deeper, more honest.
To trust what was emerging, even when I couldn’t yet name it.
And what emerged was…beautiful.
The Awakening
The most meaningful creation of my year was The Awakening, a 2-day immersive retreat I co-created with my husband, Ozan.
We welcomed 14 incredible humans into our home which became a container of sacred unraveling. We explored death. Not of the body, but of identities, coping mechanisms, masks. We made space for rebirth into new stories, new choices, new ways of being.
We witnessed truth rise up in trembling voices.
We laughed, cried, danced, let go.
We came home to ourselves.
It was equal parts healing, tender, and wild. A space for real-time transformation.
And creating it together with Ozan felt like an honoring of our own path. One that shared tools that have been transformational for us, while weaving intellect with intuition, logic with love.
Coaching: One Soul at a Time
Coaching remains one of my favorite things to do.
It’s sacred work, walking alongside brilliant, thoughtful humans as they untangle what no longer fits and move toward what does.
Whether it was supporting someone to trust their intuition again, step into leadership with integrity, or stop performing for a version of success they never actually wanted, I was reminded over and over: Clarity lives inside us. Sometimes, we just need the right mirror to see it.
The Pause Between Stages
This year was quieter on the speaking front, until it wasn’t.
After a slower stretch, speaking picked up again at the end of 2025.
And I’m heading into 2026 energized to return to stages and share more around purpose, leadership, regenerative business, and the inner work behind outward impact.
(Also: I finally updated the copy on my website. It now feels like me again.)
A Different Kind of Learning
2025 began with a shamanic retreat, where I had the privilege of learning some Native American beliefs.
What I absorbed there—the reverence, the earth-honoring wisdom, the cyclical view of time—deepened the way I approach everything I do.
It reminded me that not all knowledge is logical, and not all power is loud.
The Book That’s Becoming
This year also birthed the start of a new project—a book. It’s still finding its form.
But the seed is alive.
I don’t know when it’ll be born. But I do know it’s coming from a place of truth, curiosity, and service.
Looking ahead, I’m carrying this intention into 2026:
More presence. More potency. More playful, soul-aligned creation.
I’ll keep coaching. Keep speaking. Keep writing. Keep listening.
And if our paths have crossed—on purpose or by accident—thank you. I’m so glad they did.
Here’s to what we let go of, and what we let in.
